As you may have seen on the landing page, we are not content creators, meaning we don't condense ourselves to just pushing record. That may sound harsh, but hey after all, we are called Reel Rebel.

In all seriousness, we are filmmakers with certifications in video and production technology. This means we are natural creatives with a technical background. These are the two ingredients required for efficient and revolutionary marketing.

Now, it's your turn. Why are your assumed competitors not really your competition? You tell us, and we tell the world.

How We Executed It

We allowed Rachel (the owner) to interview her own clients while we filmed their answers and selected their best responses. We then paired those responses with clips that earnestly illustrated their positive reasons for recommending The Barn for new parents.

 

Example 2:

Evolve Wax Spa wanted a more personable

video for their private services.

Denise wanted people to feel welcome and comfortable with her before they book to be waxed in intimate and sometimes embarrassing areas. She felt that by demonstrating her services while extending her open-minded and tolerant nature, clients would be more inclined to book with her than a larger business.

Evolve's Message

People of all body types deserve to have access to safe hygienic spaces for self care and pampering.

How We Executed It

We introduce Denise in a playfully young-at heart fashion by opening on a fun scene of her in a prop bathtub making comedic statements to lower the guard of her clients that may feel embarrassment about waxing their private areas. We then transition into a more formalized introduction where she shows off the cozy essence of the space before we show her at work on two clients. Denise demonstrated her craft on both a man and woman to highlight the diversity in her clientele as well as her experience level in workmanship. She also wants to contribute to the normalization of pampering and beauty treatments for men.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Much like the Personal Commercial, this service includes a 30 minute zoom or phone call consultation where the pre-production will be explained and the production will be plotted out/storyboarded. 10-15 minutes of that call will be a short interview based around your priorities, achievements, business message, and background. But unlike the Personal Commercial, the service video will be more focused on the craft and execution versus the backstory and intimacy of the brand's grassroots.

Questions will be emailed you beforehand if you wish to write them down first, but I do want to speak with you in person instead of just reading them to clarify everything. These interviews are crucial to making sure we really execute the product in a fashion that is proprietarily distinct to your identity and personal brand.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We use the same method as most studios and write individual quotes pertaining to your needs and budget. Each business has its own set of requirements, skillsets, and gear needed to complete the video. We pride ourselves on the integrity to quote fair prices and thoroughly explain the details behind every charge. Average prices range between but are not limited to 1500-3000 with editing, sound correction, and coloring included. Length, location, makeup, effects, and potential rental or outsourcing of other artists are all determinants of the price.

If you sign up for monthly content, then we offer a free personal commercial with every new subscriber. 

DO I HAVE TO BE ON CAMERA?

If you wish to be on camera performing your service but not have your face shown, that's not a dealbreaker for us. You can feature an employee, family member, or anyone you'd like on camera as long as they sign a waiver. You can also be the voice of your videos through the use of creative imagery and voice over recording with our modern professional equipment. We've had many clients in the past who are uncomfortable with being on camera but still would like to narrate their commercial.
